Request data deletion

Finch Labs, Inc. respects your right to delete your personal data. This page describes how to request deletion of your Finch account and all associated data.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@finchlabs.ai from the email address registered to your account. Include “DELETE” in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, tenant membership, and authentication credentials.
• Connected-platform OAuth tokens (Meta, Google, Shopify) — also revoked at the provider.
• Uploaded creative assets (images, videos, copy).
• Generated ad variants, evolution-run history, and fitness data.
• Lead-outcome records synced from chatbot integrations.
• Usage logs older than the active retention window.

What we may retain

We may retain certain records where legally required (tax, fraud-prevention, accounting), in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion (rotated out automatically), and in fully-anonymized aggregate metrics that cannot be linked back to you.
